Why is Your Online Network Marketing Business Not Growing?

It’s hard to look at your stats every month, to see you cancellations beating your enrollments isn’t it.

You put so much effort into getting people in the system only to find that they leave within weeks! Arrgggh!! Easy to Fix. Read on!

It’s hard to bear. I just read an article from Larry Rivera on this and it caused me to think and relate some of my own experience.

There are a couple of types of people who join your business.

1. Institutionalised people who just want to follow the boss, like an employee. Waiting for the magic to happen, earn a million dollars overnight and, disappointed after minimal effort, disappear to look for something else.

2. Entrepreneurs who are looking for a vehicle that they can use to break out and create an emire. People who will make a decision to work hard, stick with it, support people. People who take personal responsibility for their own destiny.

Well, to have an abundant life in terms of wealth, you need to have a business and be an investor. Too many people come into online network marketing with an employee mindset. It’s no good. It doesn’t work.

If someone comes into your business with an employee mindset then they will not put in the work to succeed because they feel the business, the network marketing company or sponsor is their employer, rather than using the opportunity as THEIR business.

So everything you do to build your business online should be about finding people with a Rich Dad mind. People who want to escape the rat race and are willing to do whatever it takes to get out of the rut the rat race is. Constantly circling on a never ending treadmill – not able to be free to do what you want with your life.

If you want your online network marketing team to increase day by day, week by week so you have the residual income you want to be free of the rat race then:

- Find people who have a real desire to escape the rat race

- Invest what you can in your business to enable you to do that

- Dedicate as much time in your business, each and every day, that you need to   succeed

Remember, in network marketing, you end up attracting similar people to yourself. So if you do the right things you will see your efforts duplicated and people just like you will join your business. People who have a real desire and determination to escape the rat race.

It is attraction marketing! Be the person you want your team members to be and you will find that your business will be full of people with a Rich Dad approach to life and business.

You have heard the phrase, “Lead by example.”

Well do it! Your team will follow a leader who walks the talk. Someone who does what they say! Take responsibility. Remember that age old quote from Winston Churchill, “Never give in, never, never, never give in.” Well, don’t!

Too many people blame circumstances, parent companies, sponsors, systems for their lack of growth and success in an online network marketing business. It is nothing of the kind. It is us! Me! You! Take responsibility.Challenge yourself to be a Rich Dad network marketer! Be the right person for your team to follow and your abundance will be immense! Both in wealth and personal fulfillment.

Enjoy your online network marketing, mlm business. Have fun with it. Be a great friend and sponsor to your team. Have a genuine desire to help people succeed….but most of all, be RICH in your outlook and take charge of your life!
